  • Why should I hire The Cleaning Mom?

​We offer a professional cleaning service, that are customize to your needs. We provide you with a list of different tasks, at an affordable price. You can have a piece of mind knowing that your households need will be taken care by trusted individuals. If you want your home clean and organize choose THE CLEANING MOM. We have create this business thinking of busy: Moms & Dad, Professionals, Senior, College Student, Family on the go, pretty much everyone.

  • What type of service you provide?

We provide a variety of cleaning services: Basic for maintaning your home and this service is good for customer(s) that clean their home in a regular basis. Detail or Deep cleaning will cover areas that are not clean in regular basis and have not been clean in 30 day or more. Example: wet wipes blinds, wet wipes baseboards, wet wipe doors, patio cleaning, window cleaning, inside oven, inside fridge, range hood, etc. The heavy duty cleaning included all the above and is for home that have been neglect for more than 30, 60, 90 days or more. We also do Move-in, Move-out cleaning, that consist in disifecting all surfaces and getting the home in the best shape possible for next tenant.

  • How often we provide services?

As often as customer would like. It can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks or monthly. We can do a spring, summer or fall cleaning. After party, vacational and rental. It's really base on your need and budget.​

  • What we do not clean in a home?

Animal or human feces, urine, blood, vomit, heavy mold and any other bio-hazards, house with pest infestation and hoarders. We do not pick up pets accidents. If we go to your home and there are excess of waste in the floor eveywhere, we'll automatically cancel your service and charge full cost for that day. For more information check out our policy.

  • What about if something break or get damage, while cleaning?

​We take great care of your home, however, accidents can happen. Please notify us inmediately within 24-hour of your cleaning. In addition, we'll write an incedent report and notify you as well if you are  not home. Don't worry we are fully insured.

  • Do I need to have a contract? 

No, and you may skip, reschedule, add, or cancel any of your cleaning at anytime. We do require more than 24 hour in advance, that way you can avoid a cancellation fee of $50.​

  • Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

​Yes, we'll bring everything that is need to make your home clean. If you want to provide your own cleaning supplies, that is fine we us. In addition, we will try to meet your chemicals preference. We'll build a cleaning supplies caddy for each of our recurrent clients, at no extra cost. If you like our cleaning supplies and use it, kindly just text us the products you are running out, so that we can come prepare at your next visit. If you want us to use your chemical instead, we'll not be responsible for damages while using your products. We do not clean with harsh chemicals, so please provide us with safe cleaning products.

  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our customer leave a check or cash. We accept credit card payments using Square Inc, We will send an invoice two day before your cleaning if you are not going to be home and paying with credit card. Please note: all Move Out & Move In must be paid of front(before we start the cleaning), no exceptions to this policy. All check are payable to THE CLEANING MOM, LLC. 

  • Do The Cleaning Mom guarantee my homes cleaning services?

Yes, let us know within 24-hour, if we miss something or certain areas and we'll gladly come within the next day or two to correct it . Your satisfaction is our priority!

  • What days are you not available thru the year?

We work most holiday except for Thansgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve, and New Year Day. If your cleaning fall in of the day above, we'll contact you and offer you other day.

  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning?

No, however, if you are not going to be home the day of the service provide us with a garage code or key to access you home. We prefer for a least the initial cleaning that customer be home, but, is not necessary. Please Note: that if we arrive to your home and no one is there, and you have not provide us with a mode of entry, we'll charge you a late cancelation fee of $50.   • What City do you provide cleaning service?

We serve the following: New Braunfels, Schertz, Selma, Garden Ridge, Cibolo, Universal City, Canyon Lake, Bulverde, Live Oak, Alamo Heights, and other areas in San Antonio. We do have minimun of three hour booking depending your location.​

  • Do you provide cleaning service if someone is sick at home?

If anyone in your home is feeling unwell, please let us know in advance to reschedule, in return, if your cleaner is not feeling well, we will have to reschedule your cleaning.
