Extras Service, fee & hourly rates
The Cleaning Mom is committed to your complete satisfaction, we strive to offer the most consistent, reliable, and affordable house cleaning services around. Beautiful homes require constant care and maintenance; it takes an enormous amount of work to protect your investment and keep your home looking it's best. If you don't see a service you need in here. We recommend contacting us to ensure the service you want is offered. We now offer same day service base on our availability. Please note; extras service below have an additional fee and extra time.
We base our service by the hour, per cleaner or per square footage, for residential homes, or commercial.
One Cleaner $50 per hour / Two Cleaner $81 per hour/ Three Cleaner $119 per hour/ Four Cleaner $180 per hour. We currently can-not provide a team of three or four Cleaner at time, due to the difficulty finding workers, so please bear with us, until we find the right candidate. In addition, I highly recommend all prospective to book your services ahead of time, as we work first book, pay, first serve basis. Cabinet and Drawers
The cabinets and drawer will be clean in the outside for a regular and basic cleaning. However, let us know if you need inside cleaning as a detail/deep cleaning. Just ask us, we are here to take away from you this extras tasks. We charge by the hour.
Bed make & Linen change
We will charge a fee and hourly rate for all bed make or sheets change you may need. In addition, our detail/deep cleaning offer under the bed cleaning. Please make sure under bed is empty. Remote control king size bed and murphy bed each $20 fee additional to the hourly time.
Any Home Organization
Who doesn't love a clean and organize closet. We do, let us work in your closet organization. Do you want to do it by color, the style , etc. Do you have other areas that need organization as well, tell us how you like to have it done and, we will do our best! $50 an hour with one Organizer.
Interior Window Cleaning
We currrently cleaning just interior of windows in your first & second floor home. If you want your inside side track window clean, let us know in advance and budget for the time. Please, remove window screen prior to service being perform in order to properly clean those area. If you don't want to remove window screen, we'll clean as best as we possible can.
No, outdoor window cleaning for second floor at the moment, We can charge by the hour or per window, size, etc.
Manually Dishes & Loading Dishes
You can choose to have dishes done in your home as an additional service. We can manually do it or load your dishwasher. Loading dishes in empty dishwasher hourly or manually doing
dishes, we charge by the hour or per load.
Wet Wipe Blinds
If you haven't clean your blinds in a while, and it has a heavy build up and pet hair that it doesn't come out with just dusting them. We recommend having those blind wet wiped individually. To properly remove all dust, allergen and heavy build up. If you are looking just for blinds cleaning, we require 10 or more. We consider large and long size blinds as two. We can charge by the hour or per blind, size, etc.
Inside Oven Cleaning
The Oven often accumulate excess of grease and other build up, not only in the inside, but all the side, behind and under. Customer must move the stove in order for us to properly clean the back, floor and sides areas.
Lite & Deep Oven Cleaning $50 per hour. Heavy Duty Cleaning $60 per hour.
Laundry Service
You can choose how much you want us to do. One, two, or three load?
The dry and folding is included in the fee. The customer must provide detergent and any special instruction.

Inside Refrigerator Cleaning
The refrigerator will be clean inside as an additional service Please note: that for a better and more complete cleaning, the sides, the back, under and on top the refrigerator need to be clean. Customer must move the refrigerator in order for us to clean areas above.
Lite & Deep Fridge Cleaning $50 per hour. Move Out/In Cleaning $50 per hour. Heavy Duty Cleaning $60 per hour.
Outdoor Trash Cleaning
Outdoor trash cleaning refers to the sanitation and deodorizing of garbage bins to remove odors, bacteria, grime, etc. This can be a professional service that uses specialized equipment to clean bins at your location or a DIY process involving scrubbing and rinsing the cans. Then provide you with a plastic bag in order to keep this trash as clean as possible, So You, don't need to worry about ever cleaning this again. The fee will be just 50 per Outdoor Trash.
Vacuum Sofa
We'll dry vacuum your sofa inside or outside. This deep-cleaning process helps improve air quality, remove allergens, and extend the life of the furniture by preventing dirt from settling deep into the fibers and padding. Please let us know how often you need this service, by the hour.
Garage Cleaning/Declutter/ Organization
Home organization is creating a system for the items you keep, while decluttering is the process of getting rid of items you no longer need or want. Decluttering comes first, as you cannot effectively organize clutter.
We charge this task by the hour per cleaner OR oganizer $50 - $81
Bathroom Grout Cleaning
We'll use a steamer to clean your bathroom grout, first, by pre-cleaning any loose dirt, then use the steam cleaner with a nylon-bristle brush attachment to go over the grout lines, working section by section from top to bottom on a wall, by the hour.

Floor Steam Service
We'll steam your floor per your request. Steam cleaning floors involves using a steam mop or cleaner to sanitize and deep clean sealed hard floors like tile or sealed hardwood by using hot steam to loosen dirt and grime, etc. Please let us know how often you need this service, by the hour.

General Home Steam Service
This service is ideally for clients that have sensitivity to chemicals and prefer a more natural way. Cleaning with steam involves using a steam cleaner to release hot steam to sanitize and loosen dirt, grease, and grime from various surfaces without harsh chemicals, by the hour.
