We are looking to hire a Residential House Cleaner. For my small cleaning business. This is a Part-time, Per Diem position with (less than 20 hour) a week at the moment. It may change in the future. The candidate must have had prior cleaning experience. If you do not have residential experience, less than one year, pay training will start at $13 per hour. Once you complete 4 weeks training, your hourly rate will be $15 per hour.

We are looking for someone with cleaning experience at this time. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. Individual with residential experience of 3 years or more rates start between $17-26 per hour. Experience is a plus+.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANER:
-must wear gloves while in customer homes and offices all the time. As for mask and shoe cover upon customer request.
-must have reliable transportation.
-must be able to read, write and communicate in basic English. Spanish speaking would be great!
-must have a positive attitude with great people skills.
-must be dependable, punctual, honest and trustworthy.
-must be able to handle cash with integrity.
-must provide both personal and professional references.
-Strong work ethic.
-Ability to work quickly, yet thoroughly.
-must be able to pass a complete background check
(no felonies, no drugs, please).
-No visible tattoo, most cover them.
-must be energetic, must have a passion for cleaning, and great attention to details.
-must be able to engage in strenuous activity, with the ability to squat, bend, stand for extend periods of time, without any problems, sometimes involving lite lifting, if needed.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay their employee(s) $13 an hour for the first four week of training and base on experience. You will receive an additional $2 an hour towards your $13 after completion of training. In addition, you will get a 1% raise after 6 month, and 12 months working with us for the first year. If you call out a lot, this will affect your pay raise increase in the first year. In order to have additional(s) pay increase you must maintain an A+, b+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluated by our clients every 6 and 12 month from, first pay raise and every 12 months after to be consider for an extra hourly raise.
Hourly rate base on experience
$13 less than 1 years of cleaning experience.
$17 three years of cleaning experience.
$20 six year or more of cleaning experience.
HOUSE CLEANER DUTIES & RESPONSABILITY:
-Available to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (full-time).
-Available to work Mon-Fri 8am-2pm (part-time).
-Sweeping, vacuuming, and/or mopping floors.
-Cleaning, dusting, and/or disinfecting surfaces.
-Scrubbing surfaces to remove dirt, mildew, grease, etc.
-Emptying trashcans and replacing bags as need it.
-Home Organization as well.
-Making beds/changing linens.
-Maintaining and refreshing cleaning & disinfecting, equipment's and supplies, on daily basis, between each client is a must.
-Must comply with all company Standard and Operating Procedures, safety and security policies, and protect company assess.

- must be Bonded & have General Liability Insurance.
-must notify clients and The Cleaning Mom, in case of any damage cause by you while in clients' home.
-must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment’s. Please note we do not use harsh chemicals in our client’s home. Let us know if you need our cleaning supplier information. In addition, you will not need cleaning supplies in our recurring customer homes, because we have personalized each customer with their own cleaning supplies base on their home needs. However, you will need a stick for mopping and a heavy-duty duster, clean and sanitize microfiber towels, a clean/sanitize bucket, and a least 6 feet duster. The only time you will need to provide full supplies of your own, are for a ONE TIME, MOVE OUT, MOVE IN, AND HEAVY-DUTY CLEANING SERVICE.
-You are responsible for your own taxes, franchise fee, gas and other business-related expenses.
-Must provide a driver license.
-Must be Bonded and Insured (must provide copy).
The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay all contractor an hourly rate of $20 to $26 for the first four week from working with us, based on years of experience. You will receive of 1% raise after working with us (minimum of 90 day). In order to have a pay increase you must maintain an A+, b+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluating 6-12 month to be consider for an additional raise, for the first year working with us. After that it will be on a yearly basis.

HOURLY RATE BASE ON EXPERIENCE:
$20 THREE YEARS OF CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
$22 THREE TO 5 YEARS OF CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
$26 SIX YEAR OR MORE OF CLEANING EXPERIENCE.

You can get a percentage of the cleaning cost instead of an hourly rate, if you prefer, TBD at the interview.
