We are looking to hire a Residential House Cleaner. For my Small Cleaning Business. This is a Part-time position with (20 hour) a week, however it can turn into a full-time (35 hours) position within One, to Three month. The candidate must have had prior cleaning experience. If you do not have residential experience, less than one year, pay training will start at $16 per hour.  Once you complete 4 weeks training, your hourly rate will be $17 per hour.

We are looking for someone with cleaning experience at this time. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Individual with residential experience of 3 years or more start at $18 per hour.

Experience is a plus+.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANER:

-must wear gloves while in customer homes and offices all the time. As for mask and shoe cover upon customer request.

-must have reliable transportation.

-must be able to read, write and communicate in basic English. Spanish speaking would be great!

-must have a positive attitude with great people skills.

-must be dependable, punctual, honest and trustworthy.

-must be able to handle cash with integrity.

-must provide both personal and professional references.

-Strong work ethic.

-Ability to work quickly, yet throroughly.

-must be able to pass a complete background check 

(no felonies, no drugs, please).

-No visibles tatto, most cover them.

-must be energetic, must have a passion for cleaning, and great attention to details.

-must be able to engage in strenuous activity, with the ability to squat, bend, stand for extend periods of time, without any problems, sometimes involving lifting, if needed. 

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:

The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay their employee(s) $16 an hour for the first four week of training and base on experience. You will received an additional $1 an hour towards your $16 after completion of training. In addition you will get a 1% raise after 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month working with us. If you call out a lot, this will affect your pay raise increase in the first year. In order to have additional(s) pay increase you must maintain an A+, b+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluated by our clients every 3, 6 and 12 month from, first pay raise and every 12 month after to be consider for an extra hourly raise. 

Hourly Rate base on experience

$16  less than 1 years of cleaning experience.

$17  three to 5 years of cleaning experience.

$20 six year or more of cleaning experience.

HOUSE CLEANER DUTIES & RESPONSABILITY:

-Available to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (full-time).

-Availible to work Mon-Fri 8am-2pm (part-time).

-Sweeping, vacuuming, and/or mopping floors.

-Cleaning, dusting, and/or disinfecting surfaces.

-Scrubbing surfaces to remove dirt, mildew, grease, etc.

-Emptying trascans and replacing bags as need it.

-Home Organization as well.

-Making beds/changing linens.

-Mantaining and refreshing cleaning & disinfecting, equipments and supplies, on daily basis, between clients each is a must.

-Must comply with all company Standard and Operating Procedures, safety and security policies, and protect company assests.

- must be Bonded and have General Liability Insurance.

-must notify clients and The Cleaning Mom, in case of any damage cause by you while in clients home.

-must provide your own cleaning supplies and   equipment’s.  Please note: we do not use harsh chemicals in our client’s home. Let us know if you need our cleaning supplier information. In addition, you will not need cleaning supplies in our recurring customer homes, because we have personalized each customer with their own cleaning supplies base on their home needs. However, you will need a stick for mopping and a heavy duty duster, clean and sanatize microfiber towels, a clean/sanatize bucket, and a least 6 feet duster. The only time you will need to provide full supplies of your own, are for a ONE TIME, MOVE OUT, MOVE IN, AND HEAVY DUTY CLEANING SERVICE.

-You are responsible for your own taxes, franchise fee, gas and other business related expenses. 

-Must be Bonded and Insured (copy is needed).

The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay all contractor a hourly rate of $20 to $26 for the first four week from working with us, base on years of experience. You will received of 1% raise after working with us one complete month, (minimum of 20 day in the month). In order to have a pay increase you must maintain an A+, b+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluate every  6 to 12 month to be consider for an additional raise, for the first year working with us. 

Hourly Rate base on experience

$20 less than 2 years of cleaning experience.

$24  three to 5 years of cleaning experience.

$26 six  year or more of cleaning experience.

You can get a percentage of the cleaning cost instead of an hourly rate, if you prefer, TBD at the interview.
